The Bibliotheca Alexandrina, through its cultural outreach branch, Bait Al-Sinnari, in collaboration with the DAI Performing Arts and Inclusive Theater Team, organized the theatrical performance “A Ghost in Our Neighborhood” a performance inclusive of people with disabilities.

The play delivers a message warning against the dangers of ignorance and fanaticism, emphasizing the importance of understanding, analysis, and the need to be cautious of following superstitions.
It also highlights the significance of community cooperation in facing challenges through engaging events that underscore the anxieties and tensions that afflict small communities when confronted with the mysterious and unknown.
It’s worth noting that the play was written by II batch of writing workshop by Mario Ramzy and directed by Salma Mohamed Abdel Nabi.

It is noteworthy that the inclusive theatrical performance “A Ghost in Our Neighborhood” is the graduation project of the second batch of the theatrical writing workshop held at Bait Al-Sinnari.
Through its annual project, the “DAI” Performing Arts and Inclusive Theater Team aims to graduate two batches, one in theatrical acting and the other in writing and playwriting.
